haha I haven't posted anything since june
the weather here is not summer. it's raining now and it rained yesterday and I bet it rains tomorrow!!
I listened to sonic youth this morning. I wish I could play their stuff on the gutiar without having to tune it weird. I might try playing "sweet shine" on the piano today. I like the part where Kim goes "wwooooOOOOOOO!!!" like the wooping noises Kaitlin and Sofia and I make. (my dad can woop too now :D)
I am in the process of saving money to see U2 next June... I think we'll camp outside the field while we wait for the concert so we can get to the very front of the general admission place...
I think I need to listen to Muse and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Interpol (their singer is AWESOME) among other things.
my dad and sister and I watched part of the FABULOUS U2 movie rattle and hum and my dad's commentary was hilarious.... my sister thinks Bono is weird but I keep telling her that he was sexier than Taylor Lautner in the movie. I aksed my dad if that makes me a reverse-cougar and he said no.
what elseeee. I realized there are no obscenities (I probably spelled that wrong) in this post thingy. I need to get back to school so I can swear my ass off during lunch again. @__@ I use that face too much now. I also say "awesome" too much though....
I'm still having dreams about camp even though I got back like two weeks ago. I miss all of my camp buddies :'c
I got a Johnny Cash shirt that says "the man comes around" from the mens' department at kohl's (kohls? kohls'?) yesterday.
I learned that "prodigal" and "prodigy" are not the same thing. my dad is a student in the art of bass-playing-ness and when I told him I started played bass a little I was like "I'm the prodigal daughter!!" and he was like "....where did you go?"
and apparently I play the piano with a "pop sensibility" which makes me feel AWESOME.
